Cooling-off Period
For newly signed projects, clients may cancel within 7 calendar days of the contract effective date if no project work has commenced. In such cases we refund 100% of fees paid, less any bank or transaction charges.

Refund & Cancellation Policy.
This policy covers cancellations, refunds, and credit notes for technology services delivered by SHIVANI ENTERPRISES under the Priyanka Thackeray brand.
Milestone-based Refunds
Engagements are structured around milestones or sprints. If you cancel after work has begun, we bill for completed milestones plus non-recoverable expenses. Paid amounts for undelivered milestones are refunded within 14 business days.
Change Requests
Scope adjustments are handled through written change requests. If a change reduces total effort, we provide a credit note or adjust future invoices accordingly. Credits may be applied to future Priyanka Thackeray services within 12 months.
Retainer & Managed Services
Retainer agreements may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Prepaid months beyond the notice period are refunded minus discounts applied for prepayment. If usage exceeds the retainer allocation, overage will be settled prior to cancellation.
Quality Concerns
We stand behind our work. If deliverables do not meet agreed acceptance criteria, notify us within 10 business days. We will remediate at no additional cost or, if remediation is not feasible, issue a pro-rated refund for the affected milestone.
How to Request a Refund
Email contact@shivanienterprises.shop with your contract reference, invoice numbers, and reason for cancellation. We acknowledge requests within two business days and confirm the resolution timeline in writing.
Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 business days. International transfers may take up to 21 business days depending on banking partners.
